- KYC / identity verification: Aadhaar, PAN, a selfie/photo, and related documents, as required by applicable chit-fund and financial regulations.
- Bank / payment details: bank account number, IFSC, account holder name, and UPI reference (UTR) numbers for contributions and withdrawals.
- Profile photo (optional).
Information collected automatically
- Device & usage data: device model, operating system, app version, and activity within the App.
- Push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver notifications.
- Transaction records: chit contributions, bids, wallet top-ups/withdrawals, fixed deposits, and related timestamps.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and verify your identity (KYC).
- To operate chit groups — contributions, bidding, winner settlement, and payouts.
- To process wallet top-ups, withdrawals, and fixed deposits.
- To send transactional notifications and important account/payment alerts (in-app, push, email).
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and anti-fraud obligations.
- To provide customer support and improve the App.
3. Payments
Contributions and withdrawals are processed via UPI/bank transfer as a regulated financial service — not through in-app digital-goods billing. Payment references you provide (e.g. UTR numbers) are used solely to verify and reconcile your transactions.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
- With service providers that help us operate the App (e.g. cloud hosting, Firebase for push notifications, email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
- With regulators, auditors, or law-enforcement where required by law or to prevent fraud.
- With administrators of a chit you join, limited to information necessary to operate that chit (mobile numbers are shown masked to other members).
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and secure storage — to protect your information. KYC and financial data are handled with restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data at all times.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as required to comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, and audit obligations applicable to chit funds and financial services. When no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Your Rights
- Access and review the personal information in your profile.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal/regulatory retention requirements (some financial records must be retained by law).

8. Account & Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing admin@wincashgroup.cloud from your registered email or by contacting support within the App. We will process your request subject to any records we are legally required to retain (for example, completed financial transactions).

The App is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the App or on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date.
